Superfast Concrete Epoxy Putty Stick is a fast-working epoxy putty in an easy-to-use stick format with a specialist formulation for the repair of damaged concrete. It is used in restoration and repair applications as a filler and for high-strength bonding between concrete and other substrates.
Each Concrete Stick weighs 114g, has a nominal 22mm diameter and is 175mm long. It contains resin on the outside and hardener in the middle. The user simply cuts off the required amount of putty from the Stick and kneads by hand before applying to the substrate to be repaired or bonded.
Superfast Concrete seamlessly fills holes, cracks and gaps in paths, steps, floors, tiles, railings, headstones and other stonework. It sets to a grey-coloured material sharing the appearance and texture of concrete.
It permanently bonds broken concrete items such as cracked statues or ornaments back together. It also bonds concrete to ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, masonry, wood and most types of plastics in craft and restoration tasks.
Superfast Concrete can be used to seal tie-rod holes and anchor fastenings into concrete. It is suitable for interior or exterior use and resistant to water, chemicals temperatures up to 150ºC.
The 4-minute work time of Superfast Concrete enables rapid repairs to take place. A full cure is achieved in one hour. Once cured, it can be drilled, screwed, sawed, machined, ground, filed, or painted.

Superfast Concrete Epoxy Putty Stick Details
To use a Superfast Concrete Stick, the amount of epoxy putty required is cut off and kneaded by hand until it turns a uniform grey colour with no streaks.
Whilst soft, the putty is shaped and used as required. For concrete filler applications, it is pushed into holes and cracks where it will cure to fill the damage area. For bonding, you apply the putty and use it to attach the pieces requiring repair together.
Superfast Concrete has a work life of approximately 4 minutes. Within one hour, it will harden and form a cohesive bond. It contains no solvents or VOC’s, it is non-flammable and releases no noxious fumes.
It will not shrink or pull away and the unused portion of Concrete Stick stays fresh for future use when saved in its original package.
For making more complex concrete repairs, please see Sylmasta AB Original Epoxy Putty Stick. AB Original comes with an extended two-hour work time, giving much longer to shape, mould and apply the putty than the 4 minutes offered by Superfast Concrete.
